With a PhD in biotechnology and a background in regenerative medicine, I learned to approach complex questions with both analytical rigor and curiosity: to observe carefully, question assumptions, test hypotheses, and learn from evidence.
Over the past 15 years, my focus has increasingly shifted from biological to organizational systems. Through leadership roles and work in Operational Excellence, organizational development, and coaching, I have engaged with a wide range of organizational challenges – from processes and cross-functional collaboration to leadership, leadership teams, and organizational change.
Today, these perspectives come together in my work on adaptability and organizational effectiveness.

My professional path combines scientific research, leadership, operational excellence, organizational development, transformation, and coaching.
I spent a significant part of my professional career at Roche Diagnostics – in management and strategic roles related to operational excellence, business and governance processes, as well as culture and leadership development.
Today I work at the interface of people and organizations , combining analytical and systemic thinking with many years of practical experience in organizations.
